At Mirror Organics (Hair Dose), we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please read our Shipping, Cancellation, and Return policies carefully before making a purchase.
1. Shipping
Where do we ship to?
We currently ship to most cities across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24 working hours.
- In most cases, we dispatch within 3–5 working days, but during peak seasons (product launches, holidays, or promotions), processing may take up to 7 working days.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier partner. External factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout.
2. Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for Cancellations
- If your order is canceled within the allowed time, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Returns & Refunds
We take great care in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. However, in case of issues, our return and refund process is as follows:
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return/replacement only if:
- A wrong product was delivered.
- A damaged product was received (with physical damage visible on delivery).
- A missing product was reported.
- An expired product was delivered.
Conditions for Returns
- Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging (labels, mono cartons, etc.).
- Returns will not be accepted if raised after the 2-day window or if the unboxing video is not valid.
Return Process
- Raise a request via help@themirrororganics.com or WhatsApp +91 80889 63974 with your Order ID, photos, and unboxing video.
- Our team will review the request within 48 working hours.
- If approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup of the product.
- Once the returned product is verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are provided only for defective, expired, or incorrect products, and only when supported by an unboxing video.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
We will not accept returns/replacements under the following conditions:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Missing original packaging or labels.
- Requests raised after the allowed 2-day window.
- Issues reported without a valid unboxing video.
- Orders marked as delivered by the courier but reported as not received after 24 hours.
